We also keep detailed notes and routines for each pet to ensure continuity, no matter who’s walking them that day.

We walk rain or shine, but in extreme weather (thunderstorms, excessive heat, etc.), we prioritize your pet’s safety. Walks may be shortened or adjusted to indoor play/potty breaks, and you’ll always be notified in advance.

We get it — time matters. Our walks are timed from start to finish, with about 3–5 minutes built in for leashing up, refilling water bowls, and those post-walk wiggles at the door. The rest? It’s all paws on pavement. So when you book a 30-minute walk, you can expect ~25+ minutes of real movement and enrichment. Your dog’s experience (and your trust) is our top priority.
